Charleston Spritz Mix

Carolina Sunset Recipe

Ingredients

1 - Charleston Spritz Mix - Carolina Sunset Kit
750 Mililiters - Prosecco (Champagne or Cava as a substitute)
6 Ounces - Club Soda
14 Ounces - Aperol Liqueur (1 3/4 cups)

Directions
Step 1 - Infuse the Liqueur!

Remove the contents of the kit. Place the 10 orange slices in the mason jar and add 1-1/2 cups of cold water. With the lid on, refrigerate contents for 1 hour. Pour out the water and then pour the Aperol liqueur over the orange slices in the jar. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove the orange slices and save for garnishing. 

Step 2 - Combine Ingredients in a Pitcher!

In a large pitcher (40-ounce capacity or greater), add contents of the mason jar, club soda and sparkling wine. Stir well. 

Step 3 - Enjoy! 

Coat the wine glass rims with rimming sugar following the steps below. Add the ice and spritz mix. Garnish each glass using picks and orange wheels. 

Step 4 - Rimming Sugar Directions

Create a tasty and decorative rim of sugar around the rim of the glass for serving. On a plate or saucer larger than the rim of the wine glasses, mix the 6 packets of sugar and 1 packet of crystallized orange. Wet the rims of the wine glasses using an orange slice or paper towel moistened with water. Turn the glass upside down and place the rim into the sugar mixture. Slowly turn the glass until the rim is coated. Repeat for each glass. Allow the rim sugar to dry for a few minutes before adding ice and filling glasses.

Step 5 - Single Serving Directions

Follow Step 1 in the recipe above. Coat a large wine glass with rimming sugar. To the wine glass add 1.5 ounces (1 shot glass) of infused liqueur from the mason jar, 3 ounces (2 shot glasses) of Prosecco, and 3/4 ounce (1/2 shot glass) club soda To serve, garnish the wine glass with an orange wheel using the stainless cocktail picks.



Carolina Sunrise Recipe

Ingredients

1 - Charleston Spritz Mix - Carolina Sunrise Kit
750 Mililiters - Prosecco (Champagne or Cava as a substitute)
6 Ounces - Club Soda
14 Ounces - St-Germain Liqueur (1 3/4 Cups) 
3 Leaves - Fresh Mint (Optional)

Directions

Step 1 - Infuse the Liqueur!

Remove the contents of the kit. Place the 10 lemon slices in the mason jar and add 1-1/2 cups of cold water. With the lid on, refrigerate contents for 1 hour. Pour out the water and then pour the St-Germain over the lemon slices in the jar. Remove the tea bag from its package and place in the jar with lemons. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove the lemon slices and save for garnishing. Discard the tea bag. 

Step 2 - Combine Ingredients in a Pitcher!

In a large pitcher (40-ounce capacity or greater), add contents of the mason jar, club soda and sparkling wine. Stir well.
